We want you to love your new purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to return your item(s) for up to 30 days from the day it was shipped to you. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept your return.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, to be eligible for a return. It must have all of the original packaging still attached.
Please note for hygienic reasons we are not able to accept headwear, hair accessories or hosiery for returns unless the item shipped was defective. If defective, please e-mail a photo of the item to email@example.com as soon as you open the package.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this could take up to 2 weeks depending on your credit card company.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
To bring you the latest styles, we stock limited inventory. If you like an item you purchased but need a different size, we recommend purchasing the correct size as soon as possible and sending back the original item for a full refund. We are happy to offer you one-time complimentary shipping to send you the same style in a different size. Just e-mail email@example.com and reference your order number for the item you are returning and the order number for the new item purchased.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
